"Harmony in Steel : The David Tucker Story"
Through mental health battles and family tragedies to a rare illness and near-fatal car accident, singer-songwriter David Tucker has persevered to create groundbreaking music that inspires and transforms others. Raised in a musical family, Tucker spent his formative years learning several instruments and joining his parents and siblings on their travels around the country to perform songs that carried a message of faith. After assembling his own band and building a following in his home state of Kentucky, Tucker moved to Nashville in 2017, where he spent his days welding Music City skyscrapers and his nights playing Broadway’s honky-tonks, all while further honing his multi-instrumental skills and lending his artist’s ear to others as a co-writer and producer.
A string of singles and music videos soon followed and it wasn’t long before Tucker’s unique pop country sound and vulnerable, honest songwriting caught the attention of many in the industry, along with notable media outlets like Vevo, CMT and American Songwriter. But just as Tucker’s star was beginning to rise, he was forced to put his burgeoning career on hold after the diagnosis of a debilitating autoimmune disease and later, a horrific car accident that almost cost him his life. Fully recovered and more determined than ever, Tucker is now back to releasing compelling new music and delivering unforgettable live performances while sharing his unique personal experiences and the valuable lessons he’s learned from them.
